New Years Eve Flow

Join us for a special New Year's Eve yoga flow as we mindfully journey into 2025 with purpose and presence.

This thoughtfully crafted 75-minute practice weaves together fluid movement, mindful meditation, and ceremonial elements to honor both endings and beginnings.

As we move into the final hours of 2024, we'll begin by setting sacred space with gentle breathwork and intention-setting, creating a foundation for release and renewal, allowing you to reflect on the year's journey and plant seeds for the one ahead.

The practice will build into a dynamic vinyasa flow that will energize your body and uplift your spirit, incorporating poses that symbolize growth, strength, and new horizons culminating in a deeply restorative series of poses with guided meditation and aromatherapy massage. We will leave time for an optional journaling session, creating space for you to craft your vision for 2025.
