Gratitude Flow

Start off your day with this intention gratitude flow, designed to help you connect and reflect. 

Come and flow in the relaxing garden setting nestled at the base of the Koolaus.

1 hour practice led by Leah Distad, one of our personal favorite instructors! Leah is full of life, love and energy, which she pours into every aspect of her life & teaching. Her passion for yoga began in 2004, during her second pregnancy. In 2007 Leah became a certified instructor at the Shambhava School of Yoga. She cherishes any chance to make a life event deeper and more meaningful through this beautiful practice. She remains inspired by attending and teaching local and mainland classes, workshops and festivals & letting her creative juices flow.  She has  an inviting way about her that will make you feel comfortable, and get you excited about your practice & your life!  You will likely laugh, sweat (at least a little), breathe and feel refreshed.  Leah encourages you to be healthy, happy, awake to each precious moment, at peace in your heart, and to send that intention to all beings everywhere.

Please bring a mat or a towel as we will be practicing on the grass.

Parking is limited so carpooling is highly encouraged!

Wreath Workshop

It's the most wonderful time of year!

We love the holidays and we thoroughly enjoy making wreaths. So we thought you would also! 

This is a small and intimate workshop that will be held in our garden in Waimanalo. We will walk you through the process of adorning your own holiday wreath and letting your creativity flow, helping you with some tips and tricks that we have learned a long the way.


All materials will be provided, including a 14" grapevine wreath base, foliage fillers, dried materials and florals. If there is anything in particular you would like to bring yourself to include, please feel free to do so! 

Feel free to bring your own snacks or BYOB.
